Trial Subscriptions and Refund Policy Details

The Student understands that once registration is complete and/or a course is accessed tuition is considered nonrefundable for any reason. If a student decides not to continue with the course, no partial credit can be offered for trial or any other subscriptions including paid tuition. Trial subscriptions must be upgraded to a full tuition account to graduate or receive any official certificates of completion from the School. Once the course has been accessed and work completed, tuition is nonrefundable. Credits earned during admission period cannot be transferred if student chooses to discontinue with the course other than final completion of the course in its entirety.

Tuition for this course is as advertised and may change without notice. The only way to guarantee access at a particular price is to register at that time.

Extensions are available as per normal policy available to all students at anytime. “Free trials, trials, demos,” and other similar products cannot be extended past the access period enrolled. Students can only extend their course by calling or visiting the office. DO NOT simply re-register for your course through the website as it will not grant you access to your current account.

Once student has purchased and received any books, videos, audio materials, DVDs, or other physical study materials these materials are not returnable and nonrefundable.

The student will be required to complete all tests, including the final exam, on the Internet to receive credit for a course.

Donaldson Collection of Contact Information

Donaldson will never sell or distribute your contact information to any third party. Your customer information is safe and keeping it that way is our priority. Any customer contact information, past or present, will be used solely for the purpose of Donaldson Training Systems and its affiliated companies or brands.

Student/Customer Agreement

Due to the nature of Donaldson’s services, any customer or student who registers for or attends any Donaldson class for any purpose agrees to allow Donaldson to contact that customer directly by any method the school deems necessary. Such contact mediums include, but are not limited to: email,phone,direct mail,SMS (text) messaging, social media, and any other mediums deemed sufficient or necessary. By submitting customer or student information to the school the customer agrees to “opt-in” to any and all Donaldson communications.

Donaldson Training Systems General Agreement

If any contact information is submitted by any method to Donaldson Training Systems it is agreed by the submitting party that this information is to be used for communication between the party and Donaldson. Students, customers, and other parties understand that at any time they will always have the option to “opt out” of further Donaldson communications. By creating an account on our website you hereby agree to receive regular communications from Donaldson including special offers or promotions unless the “opt-out” provision is selected.
